Treasure Planet or Tomb Raider enter the cradle of life?

Did you notice that both Treasure Planet and Tomb Raider enter the cradle of life both have a golden sphere containing a holographic map, so my question is who came up with the map idea first Treasure Planet or Tomb Raider enter the cradle of life? (You're able to see the holographic sphere from Tomb Raider on the preview commercial.)
