¾ Lb. Ground beef

¼ Lb. Ground pork

1 tsp. Garlic powder

¼ C. Chili sauce

Pinch Salt

1 T. Parsley flakes

2 Eggs, beaten

½ C. Bread crumbs

1 tsp. Butter

6 C. Beef broth, stock or onion soup

Mix all ingredients together by hand and form into small balls about 1 ½ inch in diameter. Brown in butter on all four sides. In a separate deep pan bring to boil 6 cups of beef broth, stock or onion soup. (I prefer to use one package of instant soup mix and six cups of water.) Add meatballs and reduce to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Salt, if needed.

Optional: Add ½ C. red or white wine to butter when browning.

Add 2 cups noodles and cook until tender.
