A buddy of mine from H.S. Dave Chappel died Friday evening from a motorcycle accident. He was 23. Driving along Hwy. 50 here, at 55 mph. a car pulled out from a driveway without looking for oncomming vehicles. Dave was hit dead center of his bike and died on impact of a broken neck. The car appaently was quite bad as the passenger in the vehicle had to be removed using the jaws of life. No word on her, but the driver is fine. I am sure he will face severe charges and do alot of time. Failure to yeild and vehicular homicide. This was the day before my Best Friends 21st B day party right in front of her home, and he was her first love. Therefore the party was cancelled, and everyone is pretty broken up. Please pray for her, her family, his family, all of his friends and aquantences. He died right i front of where the B day party was to be held, and a memorial has been placed in front of where all the blood still remains on the Hwy. Thank you.
