Well for starters I would confront your bosses on your feelings. If they give nothing but a negative response they I would leave and find a more respectable place of work. I cannot believe your mom would say its your fault, thats just sad, it sounds like my mom, eh. Good Luck |

Should have a work sucks union. Mine does too. I wish I could just quit, but my job does not work that way. I hope it gets better for you soon, or you can find somewhere else where they treat you better. |

go to the workers comp board in yoru local town and get info i think at a certian amount of time they have to give you a raise and they are not allowed to start new employees at a higher rate then you... if not... quit don't stay at a job your are unhappy at... rite a letter to the management saying you feel it is unfair and umjust that new employees are making more and it makes you feel like they don't appreciate you and what you do and how you feel that they are not considering you above the newbies... and if they don't respond to it... quit...and file a complaint at hte workers comp board |

and when your next employer asks you why you left this workplace tell them the truth.. they were taking the consideration of new employees and putting them above the longer term employees and you didn't feel management what treating you fairly |

Sounds like my last two jobs. I did my job really well, yet the slackers got the better hours and the overtime. You should talk to your manager about it, if the two new people have the same position as you there's one word for it, discrimination, plus they're breaking the equal pay for equal work act. If where you work at is part of a chain or a bigger company you can always go to the human resources department. If there's no going around the issue I suggest you begin handing out resumés in search for a better job and don't mention it to anybody, not even your more trusted co-workers for it can backfire. I hope I've helped. |

I would refuse to go in too, once finding that out, I would call the labor board & see if that's legal what they're doing too you. If it is look for another job, lol it sounds like we all have the same mother. |
