Haunted military housing in Ft. Carson CO. Was my house haunted?

Fort Carson is located just outside of Colorado Springs, CO. We lived in the military housing units with our small child from '91-'95. During this time several strange events happened.My neighbor refused to come over to my house unless it was absolutely neccessary because she claimed to hear strange noises coming from my basement. She claimed that she heard bangs & thumps like someone was throwing heavy furniture around & this happened when no one was home! A similar incident happened to me when I stayed the night at her house to watch her young daughter while she went to the hospital in labor with her second child. I was watching TV when I heard what sounded like their small dog running around the basement. I looked over & the dog was asleep on the couch! I was too chicken to go downstairs. Things always seemed to go missing in our house. One incident that really freaked me out was when I was cleaning upstairs. I was about to clean my bathroom & when I went to get the bottle of Mr. Clean, it was gone! I had just put away towels & the large bottle had just been on the top shelf of the linen closet in plain sight! I looked all throughout the closet only to come up with no bottle. I came back to the closet a few minute later to get some towels & there was the bottle right whee I had seen it earlier! I was alone so nobody could have moved it! I sat outside until my husband came home a few minutes later. My daughter was a pre-schooler when we lived there & she refused to sleep in her room because she claimed a little man would sit on the edge of her bed & talk to her keeping her awake all night. Anothe strange event happened in the middle of the night . We were asleep & a huge bang & flash of light woke me up. I thought the furnace had blown & urged my husband to check. He found nothing out of place & it never happened again. So tell me. Was my house haunted?Any opinions or similar experinces would be welcome. I already wrote about the haunted hospital on base. Maybe the whole place was haunted.*WolfBit*

Didn't even realize the place may have been haunted until I moved out.
