SOUP BEAN PIE This is GREAT it tastes just like pecan pie! it sounds nasty but I promise its not.

2 c. cooked navy beans 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 cup coconut 1 cup pecans. 1 unbaked pie shell

Run beans through colander to remove husks. Add other ingredients, blending well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
