I realized something when I work out. people keep telling me that "if you do 20push ups today, do 22 next day..and more and more the next and the next" People keep telling me that the more reps I could do, the stronger I am. but as I work through my reps and sets. I realized that it's better when I don't count how many reps I do. see, working out is not about how much weight you could pull or how much reps you could do, it's not about HOW MUCH, it's about HOW WELL you could do it. if you sit down and do your work out, and at the end you feel like you're about to pass out, then you've had a good workout. If you felt energetic and did your normal sets and at the end you still feel like you could do more but you didn't, then you didn't have a good workout.
so I think working out is about how well you do the stuff..not how much. You can join Unsolved Mysteries and post your own mysteries or interesting stories for the world to read and respond to Click hereScroll all the way down to read replies.Show all stories by Author: 15904 ( Click here )
