That's just stupid. If he is being truthful, who in the heck wouldn't notice that right away? I don't trust Arby's because I have gotten 2 sandwiches that had blood from the meat. The bread was a pink color on the inside from it. I gave them a second chance, but you can bet they won't get a third. BTW, this was also in Indiana. I used to eat there in Texas all the time and never had any complaints.  |

What's wrong with Arbys? During the past month I've been going there and going for their five regular roast beef sandwiches for 5.99 deal. I love 'em, although I can hardly walk on my way out...but that could be because I also drink a large soft drink with a couple refills. Hmmmmm, maybe I could sue the pants off of Arbys; after all it's all their fault that I eat too many of their delicious sandwiches and cold, refreshing pop....uh...right? Excuse me I'm on my way back to Arbys right now. |

well sadly enough ,the reason people get by with these claims is because the insurance company finds it easier to offer some money than to fight it. this called setteling out of court. people know this is an aesy way to get some fast cash. i say fight these idiots in court more often and it will stop or at least slow down.  |
