I know the baby was hungry ,but you can pull over for that at a rest stop, and not endanger yourself ,the baby( should not be out of a car seat while the car is on the road) and other drivers by breast feeding while driving.I would not even want to see a baby out of its car seat if she were the passenger, accidents do happen . |

I had to log on when my wife told me about this one,This woman should be charged with child endangerment. This woman sounds like she was more concerned with getting to where she was going than to use common sense and pull over!some people you have to wonder where their brains are, they're probablly sitting on them. |

This is ludicrous! In fact, I'm outraged! What she did was far more distracting than talking on a phone, eating, smoking or fooling with the radio. I have to agree with Dragon that she should be charged with child endangerment and maybe a few other things. Has that moron never heard of pulling over or a little thing that we like to call 'bottles'? She should be stripped of her license for this. |

now, Kethria- that is a bit harsh. she made a stupid mistake, but i don't think that necessarily means she should have her baby taken away. people do lots of stupid things while driving... they need to learn to pull over!! |

If she sees nothing wrong with driving on an interstate with an infant in her lap, who is to say what else she thinks is OK? "Oh I just left the baby in the bath for a few seconds while I went to answer the phone" "I left the toddler alone while I went to the store because she was sleeping.." stuff like that scares the crap out of me... |

MB, it's obvious that she doesn't know how to take care of a kid so she shouldn't be allowed to have one. To think otherwise is just sick, in my opinion. I'm firmly behind Keth on this one. |

umm.. maybe parenting classes or something like that could help her. some people just have messed up views.. but she didn't intentionally try to hurt the baby. i just thought taking the baby away was harsh.. but i understand that things need to change if she wants to keep it. you don't have to call me sick because i saw things different than you. |

MB, you're not necessarily sick. My comment there was intended to simply open your eyes a bit and I see that it did so. Mission: accomplished. I think that, at the very least, she should have her license revoked and have to attend some of the classes that you mentioned. If she wants to be a parent, she needs to act like one. I don't think that's being too harsh. |
