I have no idea why it said that... how much was the item you purchased? I havent ever seen that, and I have bid on many things on Ebay, only winning 3, but it takes awhile to get used to. I wish I could help you more. I think there is a chat or a message board on Ebay somewhere where you can ask questions to other members and get answers.  *hugs*  |

i donno it has never happened to me.... the only thing i can think of is they don't want new people who have no history to go on a bidding frenzy and not pay for thier transactions(it happens ALOT)  |
