First I would say that you shouldn't try automatic writing or anything involving spirits unless you have a great motivation in trying to help someone else. Ruth Montgomery wrote many books by automatic writing. She offers some advice in each of her books. Ruth said that she always prayed before and after each session. |

Ok i don't see how this is anything bad. so you were releasing your emotions by writing.. Sometimes I'll get strange urges to do things i haven't done in a long time. they seem like good changes- drawing, getting a new job. =D go for it!  |

I have done automatic writing and ouija, and both of them always made me feel very strange afterward. Very weak and weighted down, not only physically but also emotionally. I don't do automatic writing or ouija anymore, I realized that it was nothing to play around with.  |
