Rolling your tummy......Crazy Casey

Does anyone know if rolling your tummy helps tone the muscles or is it just something funny that a few people can do? AND which is better for toning tummy muscles...normal sit-ups or rolling your stomach? i was just being goofy last night and was rolling my stomach a lot...then i just started to wonder this!

Date: 6/20/2003 2:56:00 PM  From Authorid: 62181    lay on your back while rolling your tummy...don't know if it helps but that's what I do when I'm laying in bed I roll my tummy and now I have muscle definition when I didn't have any before...my fat is all still there but there is definately some muscle growing that will burn up the fat hopefully soon....peace!

I'm very proud of my self for my accomplishment, but I'm still workin on the eyebrow thing...I just can't do it! LoL! *Peaches*
