My thighs are my problem area too..I know that running and walking do NOT get rid of them..I would like to know how as well..I was told that there are some weight lifting techniques you could use..Not sure though ![]() |

I can't help you with your thigh problem, walking usually takes care of mine easily along with some leg lifts. I'm jealose over your stomach though!!!!! Wish i could do a week of sit-ups and have that area taken care of. Guess we all have one trouble spot we have to deal with! ![]() |

that suprises me .... running and walking are great for slimming down your thighs and legs, in my experience. But you could try doing squats (with weights is great!), use the stepper machine, lunges, running up and down stairs, try joining 'marital art' style of aerobic class ~ i do these and they are fantastic for burning fat and shapping your legs! best of luck! ![]() ![]() |

With how the female body is ( for child birth ) running straight forward gives your thigh muscles a big workout, thus making them big. Running backwards is more of a total workout that prevents the thigh muscle from growing. |
