I've been like this a lot lately and it got to the point I couldn't function at all and my sister told me about this over the counter stuff it's all natural and good for you in many ways it's called sam-e it's about $20 a box of 20 tablets 200mg each I take 2-4 per day for the past week and already I can totally tell a difference my moods are completely stable now. It's a supplement for joint health but for some reason it also helps moods. Try it, you might benefit from it. At any rate, hope you are feeling better. (hugs) Peace!  |
