Guilt is a wasted emotion and it will do you more harm than good. I used to feel guilty about EVERYTHING, I used to always say sorry to things that had nothing to do with me! lol but then I got over it. I don't know why we feel this way. Maybe if you grew up thinking that one way of living was the 'right' way to live and you deviated from it, like me I was born and raised Mormon and stopped when I was about 21 and I felt guilt for YEARS over that but I finally got over it. (I think that's why I used to feel guilty about everything.) Peace!  |
