Sorry Monkie: It is a play on the double meaning of the word "tense." When he is told he is PA (passive aggresive) he says "No, I am present tense (at this moment I am suffering from active tension). In other words it is a joke...but perhaps not a good one. they say if you have to explain them they are no good. LOL
