This is where my fiancee, Brennan, and I are planning on getting married. It's in San Diego, California. If you want to, you can check it out and stuff.. it takes care of basically everything from tuxes to cakes.. we're getting married on August 1, 2004.

Is anyone in the San Diego or surrounding area?? If you'd like to come, we'd love to see some USMers at the wedding! :) Comment in author only or message me!

Love, the famous,

Rika

PS.. if you know of any fancy cathedrals with websites on the east coast (NY, NJ, PA) or in California, please message me! :) Thank you!

Date: 6/16/2003 3:36:00 PM  From Authorid: 53052    it looks very pretty... but think that it may have everything all under 1 roof... but your paying through the nose for it(rental of the grounds for reception an bunch more for the cake(the prices they have listed are a little insane personally for things liek the cake and the catering and the gazebo.. for the price they want you to rent thier for 2 hours you could build that on in your parents back yard) it looks like a really pretty place to get married though! good luck!
Date: 6/16/2003 3:37:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 35720    Thanks Midnightly!
Date: 6/16/2003 4:46:00 PM  From Authorid: 23075    Congrats Rika
Date: 6/16/2003 4:53:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 35720    Thanks Paddy
Date: 6/16/2003 5:17:00 PM  From Authorid: 53052    do consider all things... from ebay.. to a family member making the cake(that can be the difference between 20 bux worth of supplies to 200 bux for a store made) same with catering... you could easily do a buffet on your own with help of the family instead of paying a caterer...a friend or family member with a large backyard can do wonders instead of renting a hall(that way you can put that easy 500 bux into flowers and plants for the yard and a big tent.. that way you can party to the wee hours of the morning and there is now line when you have to leave) it all depends on the wedding budget i guess
Date: 6/16/2003 5:22:00 PM  From Authorid: 53052    another think you MIGHT want to think about... is finding a babysitter.... i imagine you will have a fair number of guests who have children.. and theyusually end up having to leave or don't have nearly as much fun as they should because of young children... and young children often get bored....it's a great thing to have and alot of people don't think about it
Date: 6/16/2003 5:28:00 PM  From Authorid: 36704    that's crazy
Date: 6/16/2003 7:18:00 PM  From Authorid: 8278    awwww....congratulations!!!!! san diego is beautiful. i got married was i was 19 and my husband was 18. it was a rocky road, but we are still married. almost 10 years now. i wish you and your fiance the best.
