Yeah, it's gross, but if it was my burger would there have been DNA testing and an arrest? No, maybe an apology from BK and a free Whopper.....nothing against cops but they should do this for everyone. Peace. ![]() |

Hello Y'all. I'm new here and I guess I shouldn't be to harsh right off of the bat but.........LMOA!!!! Serves that cop right! I've waited tables for 10 years in various diners over the years the way that some (Not all mine you) police officers act always made me sick. They swagger in like they owned the place, gave SERIOUS attitude to everyone, (like we were all criminals, we just hadn't been caught yet) THEN.... and this is the best part..... they got everything they ordered FOR FREE! Most cops (or at least the ones in Southeast Texas) act like they're visiting royalty and we should all bow before them, not to mention all of the free stuff they expect to get. The reasoning given for all of the freebies is, "They're out risking their lives for us." Well that's true, and I'm not trying to take anything away from that but, they knew the job was dangerous when they took it. They were not drafted for these jobs nor are they expected to do a job for free...... in other words |

Sorry, it cut me off.... What I was trying to say was, THEY GET PAID! Just like you or I for doing our jobs... they get a pay check. Now I don't know about anyone else but, I don't get any extra perks for just doing my job..... I don't see why they should get so many for just doing theirs. If they don't like the danger, get out of the job. Nobody's forcing them to take those risks..... they voulenteered. If that worker at that Burger King felt the way I (and many other food service workers) do... I can totally relate. Hope that's wasn't too harsh for a first post. Islander31 |

I seen this on a movie preview not too long ago. It's sad to have to admit it appearently happens in the real world too. ~EndlessDreamer~ ![]() |

Every time we eat out we take chances. My husband once worked for the playboy club in Miami as as server for the bunny's. Once, while carrying steaks up the stairs an old drunk was urinating against the rails above him. He was splashed with urine as well as the food on his tray. He threw the food down and chased the old man and started swinging on him, he was told to go to the showers and clean up but they washed the steaks off and served them anyway. We never really know what goes on behind closed doors. ![]() |

Nobody deserves that kind of treatment no matter what the attitude. Anyway, I hardly think he had time to give attitude if he was going though a drive though for his burger. Thats just nasty and wrong. ![]() |

Its amazing they can get DNA results back so fast for something like that and a murder case or a missing person can take weeks while the family wait.I wonder if they had to get a court order for the worker's DNA? ![]() |

A Dna test to see which worker did it? When innocent people are sitting in jail for years waiting for dna tests to come back proving their innocent? Seems a bit ridiculous to me. :P ![]() |
