I had a really weird one the other day actually. It was weird cause my handwriting changed to cursive and I never write in cursive. Just really screwy lol :P Try a google search and I'm sure you'll find tons out there   |

I've never tried it before, but my sister has had a few experiences with it. She talks with her spirit guides that way, and she also made contact with a spirit at one of her friends homes by means of automatic writing. hmm... just make sure you research it , a lot.. and then try it out, step by step.  |

Sometimes when I'm typing things, words that I haven't typed will appear on the screen. That's not really automatic writing, but it is rather freaky.  |
