I have complained once or twice about some service that I have gotten from a fast food restaurant. But I also try to put myself in thier shoes as well. What that Manager said to you about the late thing was downright rude and she or he should have been terminated for that. I know of a resturant near here thatthe waitresses cuss and say the rudest of things.... And it is the most popular of spots to eat at. Its really a show is all and nearly everyone enjoys the "attention" that they get. And you had better answer back in the same "tone" that you was asked in. But all in all sorry to hear about that night. You have every right to complain. I would have too.  |

I have complained in the past about service from several different places, I never expect to get anything... I feel that I'm just doing my part to better thier business, I call with compliments too, don't get me wrong, it works both ways...I have gotten some small things, we got free drinks at this place in Florida because the waitress didn't do her job at all, but I don't expect freebies unless something is so horrable that I don't want to eat/drink it and there fore don't expect to pay for it...  |

It was really horrible, but I do the same thing too! I'm such a dork about some stuff. When I used to live in Riverdale, which isn't a nice town to live in, the cashiers at Kroger could be quite rude. There was one woman there who would always go out of her way to make you feel not as if you were a burden to her time and skills but as someone who was happy to help you and help. I've been at both ends and when I waitressed, and other jobs, (I've had a lot of jobs!) there were some bad bad days but I never took it out on some customer. They are in essence paying my salary.  |

I went to Jack In The Box to get a burger real fast and whenni got my burger I open it to put ketchup on and the burger had green spots all over it!! I was soooo disgusted. I walked there so by the time Igot home Iwasn't even ready to walk back and complain. so Itook pix and called the ppl at the 1-800 #. Well I got 10 (i think it was. watever it was, it was a LOT) of free coupons from them. I was soo disgusted with that place UI never went back. but to my knowlege now, that location has closed for inproper sanatiary reasons!!! ahaha sounds familiar huh?  |

I wish I could complain -- but I'd feel too bad. I've gotten hairs and bugs in my food but just left the place hungry and still gave a good tip. It's not that I don't have a back bone either... I know that when I work and if a person gives me attitude, it just makes me not want to work as good for the rest of the day -- I wouldn't want to do that to anyone. You never know when someone is on their last limb.  |

I love Smoky bones and we go there alot well teh other day we went there and I ordered a hand pulled pork sanwich with a salad with ranch dressing on the salad. The dressing waas nasty...I told the waitor that and he told me he could get me a new dressing I said no dont worry about it I will eat the salad plain(cause ranch is teh only kind I like) he said he would bring me out another sandwich for free so I would not go hungry. I told him again no dont worry about it. He came back and asked me if I wanted another side item I said not to worry about it again so tehn the manager comes out with him and tells me that they have to give me something and asks if I want 1/2 dozen fresh cinnamon donuts. I started to say no but my husband jumps in and says yea she does LOL well the donuts were soooooo good OMG I thought I had died and gone to heaven they were so good. The manager brought us teh check and she did not charge me for my meal which was like 8.69 I think or for my drink just for teh donuts which is like 3.00. I was pretty happy when I left there but that is how it always is there. That is why I love Smoky Bones...ok now I am hungry for some b-b-q LOL  |

wow, they sounded pretty crappy!! to tell you the honest truth, iam not much of a complainer ... i feel bad if i do! dont get me wrong, there has been times when it would have been appropriate but i just never do. not one to cause a fuss  But sounds like you had every right to in your situation .... there is nothing worse than rude people!!  |

Once after a football game some band members and me went to BW3's. It was really crowded. We ate and were waiting for others to finish when a waitress told us we have to leave or eat more. and this wasn't our hang out. There were a lot of adults there that were not eating and just watching tv. Nothing was said for them to leave. I was disgusted that just beacause we were teens they felt they could kick us out. SSo yeah I complained. But nothing was done and we were made to leave.  |

some people may call it rude... but often i don't tip... i feel i am proablly making the same amount per hour they are making i certianlly don't get tipped at my job... and unless the service was very good close to exceptional... i shouldn't be giving them more.. |

I usually dont have time go in and sit down and eat..we have to rush through the drive thrus lol so i really dont have much to complain about, if they get the order wrong i just get them to fix it, OH Im glad you got to go the RHCP that is sooo cool!! 80)Bye Bmonkey!!  |
