No - I have never had an experience like this but I have seen an angel. I don't want to have the kind of experience you are describing either. I'm not trying to make you feel bad but this sounds extremely dangerous. This does NOT sound like an angel. We aren't supposed to talk to try to contact angels, worship them, or anyone that is dead either. This sounds like you are beginning to delve into the spirit world and look for spirit guides. Spirit guides are much different than angels. Spirit guides are demonic spirits. Satan himself is a FALLEN angel and took part of the angels of Heaven with him when he went. People need to have faith in God not depend on visions and supernatural events. You can get caught up in that and it can cause a lot of trouble. I have had my share of supernatural occurences in my life but for the exception of it being a prayer that needed to be answered, such as someones healing, I haven't been looking for it. I saw one angel in my life and I haven't pursued any other of these kinds of experiences for the fact that I do not want myself to get distracted with that type of thing. I think that would be wrong. The angel I saw glorified God and was a result of an answer to prayer for a terminally ill cancer patient, a child. You do have a guardian angel, at least one. Don't make them have to compete for space with these other spirit guides that will harm you. I would like to give you one scripture and will be glad to give you more if you would like. II Corinthians 11:14 AND NO MARVEL; FOR SATAN HIMSELF IS TRANSFORMED INTO AN ANGEL OF LIGHT. Please do not get mad at me for saying this but I am worried you will find the wrong spirits while looking for a spiritual experience. Love, Pam  |

The reason I even found this site was because I was looking for info on guardian angels. (I'm glad I found it too!!)But one site I went to had some encouraging info on them. That is where I got the hints of angels talking to you when you're on the verge of sleep. I think part of my problem is that I am curious about them, but yet scared to know the truth. I HOPE it wasn't some "evil entity" whispering in my ear! That REALLY creeps me out. The thing is, I've never known anyone named Kent. I can't imagine my mind just throwing that at me out of nowhere, but yet I'm even skeptical of it myself as time passes. Who even knows what to think anymore!! *Throws hands up in air**--Juicy  |

I believe in angels, but can't say I know an awful lot about meeting them. I'd say follow your gut! If you believe it was your angel than I would definitely go with that feeling.  |
