What is written here is that she used her size(weight) to sit on another human being so she could beat them to death. Beating someone to death is not self defense. She claimed it was in self defense but the police obviously didn't believe her because they charged her with manslaughter, if it was self defense she would not have been charged at all or at the maximum been charged with involuntary manslaughter. Someone's dead and you're upset because I may offend the murderer by calling them a whale. LMAO that's too much. |

Yes, lets be concerned about hurting her feelings or making fun of her weight. Sorry, I could care less if I offend a murderer. My comment was directed at her not overweight people in general. Had she not have sat on the guy to hold him down with her weight I wouldn't have called her a whale. She used her weight to help kill someone, when she did that she opened herself up to be called a lot more then just a whale. |

Her weight had nothing to do with her murdering this man. Simply him being "clubbed" byt the shoes, as I believed it said, not "crushed" by the womans weight. Lets not excuse what the man did. He has no more right to punch her as she does to have clubbed him with the shoes. And it has been varified as self defense as it states clearly above. So next time make sure you choose better words when replying to a story. |

Verified? where is it verified? it says she told the police it was in self defense, the police didn't believe her, that's obvious by the charges against her. Yes, her weight does matter, she was large enough to be able to sit on him to hold him down so she could beat him to death. If she didn't weigh so much her sitting on him would not have been enough to keep him down. Hitting her is not reason enough for her to sit on him and beat him to death with a shoe and she was the bigger of the two. You're excusing her behavior simply because she's a woman which is the typical mentality. I'll save you the time and say what you really mean. It's always the guys fault no matter who's bigger, who started it, or who's stronger. |

Excuse me but what proof is it you have I excuse it all because she is a woman? And not once did I say it was the man's fault. Those words were put into my mouth and I do no appriciate it. It doesn't matter if it was a man or woman but simply the crime that happened and what was stated. You don't know what happened any more than I do. It could have been her that was dead for all we know. We don't know who the guy or the woman was for that matter and his intent could have been ot kill just as much as hers was. |
