I get like that, and what works for me is to change what I am thinking and how I am thinking and feeling. It isn't easy to do, but I look back on some of the great times I have had in life and those cheer me up, as well as calling a good friend and talking to them. Excersise if great too as well as taking vitamins. It may be that you are not getting enough of what you need to help keep your body balanced and healthy. God Bless |

I've been having the same problem in the past few years and it's gotten much worse in the past few months. I've come to the conclusion that it's my blood sugar level that's bothering me and I've changed my diet accordingly. I also have a history of Diabetes on BOTH sides of my family, so this helped in reaching this conclusion. Nutritional deficiencies can most definitely cause this sort of behavior, whether it be a blood sugar problem or a protein or vitamin deficiency. I would try to cut down on carbohydrates, eat more protein-rich foods and start taking a multivitamin every day. B-complex vitamins can improve your mood and energy level a great deal. This has helped me a lot. I hope it helps you, too. ~Nytwolf~ |

I think it's for me that I'm sick of people, not sick of the people I be grumpy too just the stupid people in the world that are ignorant and should be slapped. I don't know what to tell you, the only thing I was going to suggest was St. Johns Wort, sorry |

ok my sister told me about this stuff called SAM-e. It's supposed to work better than antidepressants so I thought I'd give it a whirl, I read about it on the net and found it to have little side effects and actually helps protect the liver! So I bought some today, it cost me $20 for a box of 20 400mg, the dosage is 800-1600 mg per day, I'm starting off at 800 then increasing to 1600 next week to make sure it doesn't make me nauseated, I'll let you know if it works! also if anyone knows of this stuff let me know.....thanks! Peace! |
