I never knew Royal Roads was in X-men. Strange how many films have shots in Canada now. Go for a slurpee today, its not as hot but still necessary! :P  |

dunes a nice think about the machanic guy who drove my BF into town to get his car... he was taking hte course up at one of hte colleges around here(the exact course my BF wants to take) and the guy was getting EI retraining(basically the goverment) to pay for it.... and that again is what my BF is gonna do |

magoo that it is!! hollywood north... mostly vancouver... but alot of film crews have burned alot of bridges there and almost every area of that town has been used for shoots that they are starting to come more to the island and into the more remote locations of BC(basically they are slowly getting out of vancouver) did you know that the lord of the rings trilogy was almost shot in canada?? it's true! they chose new zealand becuase they had a cheaper dollar! |

Last year Robert DeNero and Robin Williams were both up here shooting, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddy Prinze Jr are shooting Scooby 2 up here and JLo and Ben Affleck are shooting right now too. Its amazing how many more films are coming up here and how much real estate that the stars are buying. |

magoo this is true!!... unfortunately alot of people arn't realising that these could technically be called canadian movies... all except for the editing and script(and most the actors) is done in canada by canadian workers |
