hiya guys!
well i'm working with the City in the P.A.R.D. (Parks And Recreation Department)
Our programs is just to let the kids have a fun time at the park, and stay out of trouble. We provide lunches, and we play games and do all sorts of things, so their job is to get there, and listen.
well the 'adults' who had them last year, set no boundaries, and just let them run wild, you can tell! it's horrible. they are so defiant, and talk back about every little thing.
now that we are getting stricter and harder on them, they aren't likeing it. We have about 40 plus kids registered with us, in the first two days.
We sent two kids home today for various reasons. The rules are posted along with many other things they must abide by.
I don't know what else we as Rec Leaders can do, for it to be fun, yet not let them run wild. I need some ideas from you fine folks, and games or arts and crafts, or anything would be of help.
so give me your ideas, and explain in as much detail as you can, so i'll understand and know how to explain to my partner and to the kids as well.
