I wouldn't use the board by yourself. It's not a good thing. If you choose to use the board, try using more people. It's easier to contact a spirit that way, in my opinion. I was never able to do the board by myself and I choose not to. My brother has before though.  |

It can be done, but is probably not recomended, unless you have experience with them. I have a friend who is more knowledgable on the subject, and I asked her this same question. She tells me that it can be done, but that she has had rather aggressive spirits come thru and it was more difficult to close the doorway and end the session. Something you can try instead if you're interested is automatic writing. I'm not sure on all the particulars, but I know you can learn anything you need to know about just how it works by typing automatic writing into a search engine. Hope this helps. Peace  |

Well there are many ways just go online and research the different ways. You culd try and talk to your spirit guide but the easiest is probably a ouija board. It is also the most time consuming becdause sometimes you wait and wait. Just whatever you do be careful and respectful. You are disturbing them to talk to them so make sure you have a really good reason. BB  |

why not use it alone? it is near enough the same to other more "safe" methods. Whats so different with auctomatic writing and ouija? try it by yourself, nothing bad is going to happen. |

I don't beleive that you should do the ouija by yourself it can be dangerous. Automatic writing I think is somewhat different but I do not beleive that you should even do that by yourself you should have someone there with you. BB |

The Ouija works as well or better than anything else...just be ware, you will probably not get the highest quality of spirits, since the more advanced one have better things to do than play games...oh, and demons are attracted to the ouija. Have fun, but play safe.  |
