That is one person who shouldn't have had kids at all! I don't understand how a mother (or anyone for that matter) could do that, especially to her own kids. I'm glad the kids are safe, they are better off with out her.  |

there should be a place where parents can(little to no questions asked) go to sign away thier rights of thier child and send them into a foster/adoption center instead of leaving them in places in hopes that the police get to them before anyone else does  |
