You basically need to rob Paul to pay Peter nowadays and if you call to make arrangements with the power company the person you talk to acts like it's them you owe the money to not the power company.  |

I can top this, we PAID out phone bill via electronic debit, but the bank made an error and debited it from an account where there was no money, so now we are BANNED from paying online, it gets better, so we go to pay in person, and the number tells us that there are NO payment centers in a 50 mile radius from us so we decide to send a check and the recording is broken so we have no address to send the check to!  |

ahh yes i know the feeling.. we got a surprising 125 from the phone company... because they charged us a moving fee and first and last month on internet and for the phoneline and another month of internet beause they forgot to charge us on our last bill and blah blah blah it was a bit of a shocker... fortunately my father had JUST given us some money(sort of money to buy something for our new home) it went to pay the bill  |

i agree they drive me batty.... i feared our first hydro bill because we moved and we now pay for heat(we have literly turned off the heaters at the power source) and switched every bulb in the apartment(condo) to energy saver bulbs... that range from 7-14 watta over 60-100 watters... check them out!! |

they work just as well they DO really drop the energy bill*inour last place we changed 2 bulbs it dropped our monthly bill by probally 4-5 bucks) |
