I'd download and run Ad Aware. It sounds like something hijacked you. Ad-Aware 6.0 removes adbots that can install onto your system and do stuff like that. It's a free program and works very well. Run a search and you should be able to find it.  |

P.S. My system was running really slow, and I updated the program I mentioned, and ran it. It found 146 adbots on my system and cleaned them. The computer began running normally again after that. LOL...I sound like a commercial but this program really does work. |

yeah....by highjacked, what I mean is, there are websites that install stuff without your consent. I HATE that...and even with my firewall and norton's and all my other paranoid software I use to keep my puter running <LOL> this still happened. Some sites install diallers, some their own search bar <directly onto Explorer>. It's a real pain, but Ad Aware seems to have fixed the problems I had. I hope it helps you out and solves that problem. Also, I had an application that was trying to run every time I rebooted. It failed in launching and always gave me this error box. YAY!! Ad Aware fixed that too...so hopefully it'll get rid of that thing you have too. |

I did the adware thingy and it found 8 keyloggers/dataminers.. what ever they are. They are gone now, I hope that helps. Thank everyone!!

glad they are gone then, Pyriel. I think I got them from Hotbar because that is what the files were named. and one was named alex. Oh, and I'm using Windows ME. |
