That is completley uncalled for. They should have disciplined him at the school. A detention maybe. My god, he's just being a boy and doing what boys do ~nimiwae~ |

geez, those puddle stompers will never learn. omg, I seriously cannot believe they only incarcerated him for two hours! Two years to life is what I say! Then they'll see just how dangerous puddle stomping can be. I hope they catch him for hop-scotch too. No, in all seriousness that is messed up. =-bootz-= |

Isn't this the same state where a kindergarden boy got charged with sexual harassment for holding hands with a girl schoolmate, and a third grader got expelled for pointing his finger like a gun and going bang bang. no wonder that 12 year old turned out bad, he probably got away with puddle stomping when he was younger like in first grade or something and just went over to the dark side from lack of discipline. Oh the horror of it. |

i would sooo sue the school system and the police department for arresting my kid for stomping in a puddle. i could see giving him detention for not listening or breaking the rules but arrest him....i would be first go to the police station pick up my son drop him off with a relative and then proceed to drive and make huge scenes at the police department, the school, the board of education and then have my lawyer zip off a letter telling them they better get their attorneys ready cause its coming lol |
