Sign language would be terrifc. Something people need to know about. Be careful though - my son is deaf - lipreads. But did learn signs. He went to a Special Deaf Event at a park - and thought he was signing, "Thank you!" Mothers were grabbing their children and running away - the sign was messed up and something porographic! He survived! RAT |

try something that you're passionate about and give a persuasive speech ... i did a persuasive speech awhile back and i choose against animal testing ... something i am very passionate about. When you have strong views on something you will find that its easier to just get up there and speak about it ... chuck in a few facts and you'll be laughing. Best of luck   |

I remember a speech a fellow classmate gave years ago that was informative, persuasive and entertaining. He spoke about thumbs. Another time this same guy gave a speech about how useful vice-grips were. As long as you know and like your subject, giving a speech on it shouldn't cause you any stress.
