I'm not familiar with his music, but I wish him a speedy recovery. Remember that other soul singer from decades ago Little Anthony (and the Imperials)? He stroked out during a performance. He was famous fr the hit "Lonely Teardrops". Unfortunately he never recovered. It was said that he was heavily into coke. I wonder if this was the case with Luther Van Dross?  |

I know that Luther was a diabetic. That's all I have heard so far. He also had lost a lot of weight. One would imagine with the combination of diabetes and weight issues he or anyone is high risk. Believe me, I know. |
