Ok! Wahoo! Today I woke up & discovered something bit me last night! * shudders * anyways,it's anoying, yet not painfull! The bite is round & about the size of a 1/2$.( a .50 cent peice). The middle has blisters & then it is red with a white circle around it! Does anyone know what might have bitten me! I was sick to my tummy when I woke up! Maybe running a fever??? Any suggestions? I'm not going to the hospital cuz I don't have insurance & my Dr.s hours aren't till tuesday! I have been putting tree tea oil on it! Thanks. Moon Girl

Date: 5/18/2003 9:13:00 PM  From Authorid: 7654    Sounds like one of those little old brown spiders that we have here in Georgia...Noway am I going to even try to spell it..lol...but it has an hour looing glass on it's back...One thing for sure if it turns into a sore and is runny with yucky stuff..Well, it's for sure one of those little spiders...
Date: 5/19/2003 5:40:00 AM  From Authorid: 61893    Could be a ring worm instead of a spider bite. Need to get that checked out. Look up ring worm on the net and see if you can compare a photo to what you have.
Date: 5/19/2003 5:10:00 PM  From Authorid: 6003    Be sure to keep a close watch on it. When I was a kid, I got bit by a brown recluse (sp)? spider. It made a terrible place on my leg and I had to go have it lanced and alot of nasty, gross, and discusting stuff came out of it, and then I had to take antibiotics for awhile. I still have a scar from it. Take care and good luck!
