I have never heard of this, that would be pretty scary if it had no bottom, am scared of the ocean because of the thought of the bottom of it being so far down, well I'll keep this in mind, thank you for sharing it with us. ![]() ![]() |

I think it is pretty deep, it has to end somewhere. I think when it was named, it which the instruments at that time, the bottom was too deep to be detected. That could be like a couple hundred feet. ![]() |

yup there is one in BC... it's called onion lake... it's small in size and right beside the highway... and they have even brought scientists in to try to get to the bottom of it and nope... they couldn't find one... every few years(it's been about 10 since it happened last) someone ice skating falls through... and doesn't make it out ![]() |
