I've made my own desktop theme once. It was pretty easy for me, because I took pictures, or drawed pictures in Paint. Then from there you can make it into a picture on ur desktop. As far as how long it takes, it depends on what kind of picture your making.  |

I've made several. Including the cursors and screen saver, it usually takes me about half an hour. A little longer if I change the fonts and add music.  |
