I've had my share of embarrassing moments. In fact, I sometimes believe I have more then my share, but I've learned to cope. In fact, two embarrassing things happened to me just today.
Picture this: It's second period and your dressing into your gym clothes in the girl's locker room. Everything's great... prehaps a little too great. In fact, it's so great you don't notice you have a huge hole in your gym pants and you conintue not to notice until your doing your stretches. Yeah, it's pretty bad, but nobody notices because you manage to fake a stomach cramp and sit on the bleachers for the rest of the period. You sit there and think that everything's going to be ok, but then the memory of you wearing those pants the day before suddenly pops into your head. Now the giggling you heard yesterday makes compleate sense and right about now you're wishing there was something sharp around.
Everything's fine, you tell yourself that everyone's probably forgoten about it by now since everyone's mind seems to be on the fight that happened earlier in the day. You dress back out into your regular clothes and vow never to buy anything from Wal-Mart again, and then the bell rings. Grabing your stuff you head to your next class that happens to be Honors English. You groan when you remember that you have to presnentate the project you turned in yesterday. While you wait for your turn, you sit and tell yourself that you can do this... that you WON'T make a COMPLEATE fool of yourself.
The teacher calls your name and you get out of your seat, everything's fine... nothing bad's going to happen. Besides, you've known these people since Middle School, there's nothing at all to be nervous about. You're about to open your mouth when suddenly your brain realizes that everyone is staring at YOU and you begin to shake. Not just shake, but do so uncontrolably.
