I need your help Sur5r!

It's been a long time that we've spoken! Well, since the last time you gave me advice...it was right on track as always! My question lays on a personal situation I am currently having @ work. I am falling hard for my boss. We work closely on a day to day basis. Him & I share an office together, and we spend a lot of time together talking serious business & about personal stories as well. I am much closer to him than any of my other co-workers just because we spend so much time together in the office. I feel as though he feels that closeness to me as well because he plays around with me so much and, on occasion I have caught him looking @ me in places he really shouldn't be looking. I have this very strong attraction towards him. A few weeks ago we had a huge arguement & weren't talking for 10 days because of certain work issues. He came to me & said 'it's been 10 days & you haven't said 5 words to me'. I know he cares about the realtionship we have because he wanted to make up with me which we ended up doing. Since then, we've gotten much closer than ever. The day after we made up...he was out of the office but called me several times & we talked more on the phone that day than we had done for the previous 10 days. It was as though we made up for what we lost. I really don't know if I am reading into this for more than what it is. Please give me some direction & let me know if it will work for both Chip & I. He is a Capricorn (12/28/64) & I am a Sag (12/18/73). Is there compatiblity there? Should I pursue this or just distance myself because we work so closely? One last thing...he has a live-in girlfriend @ home. They don't seem to be getting along because I hear the conversations when she calls him. He bascially says 'I am work...don't you understand I am busy?' I usually get up & leave the office when he starts getting like that with her. Please give me a detailed insight on what I should or shouldn't expect from all of this & tell me if 'he's the one' for me. Thank you so much in advance as always! ~~~~~~~
