There is a song by Mariah Carey called "Boy" but she has a remix to it that has "rap" in it. It's a dude called Cam Ron that "sings" in it. It sounds like a little fairy/robot singing certain parts of the song.. I don't know if this is what you're talking about, but it's fairly new so that's what I thought you were talking about  |

I've just checked out all of your suggestions and none of them are the one that I am looking for. All I remember from the song is that the refrain was not so much sung by a robot, but was more like a really techno beat that reminded me of a robot. I wish I could remember more of the song than that. |

I'm sorry, none of those are it either. The robot singing in Crazy Beat is close to what the song I am thinking about sounds like, but the refrain is faster and more upbeat. |
