Should pro sports pay colleges for developing players?---r1

Baseball has a minor league system for developing players. So basically baseball doesn't rely too much on colleges to develop players for them. The same can't be said of the NBA and NFL.

Colleges develop these players, and pro teams reap the benefits. Should pro teams have to pay the NCAA or colleges a fee for developing the players. If you think about it, pro teams have so much free work done for them. All pro teams have to do is draft a star.

The colleges that develope these players get tons of recognition for it and get freshman players that are of great talent which makes there team better and in turn makes their ticket sales go up. All in all its a win-win situation.
