Blueberry Buckle by -Lotus Blossom

Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup margarine 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 2 cup flour 1/4 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup blueberries (can add more, if desired)

Method: Mix sugar, shortening, and egg. Stir in milk Sift in dry ingredients, carefully mix in Blueberries. Pour in 9 in. by 13 in. pan

Topping: 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup margarine 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 35-45 min.
