I would still use them. The child has already been aborted and as sad as it is I'm not about to let my children get sick because of something that has happened in the past! |

I didn't know that about the pill. I thought the hormones prevented your ovaries from releasing eggs. I was on the pill and the depo shot for years. Thank goodness I don't have to take that stuff anymore because about a year ago my husband got a vasectomy. I've also never heard that about vaccines. I will check out the site you mentioned. |

You're talking about the Morning After Pill, or the 10 hour pill, those are the ones you take the morning after haveing... ahem, intimate-relations unprotected. But the ones you take EVERY morning, even if you didn't engage in activities, those just stop your body from releasing the certian hormones that blah blah blah... As for the Shot one, the children are dead, and not getting the shot yourself isn't going to bring it back. The child was aborted, and not just for that purpose. It was there, and if you could make something useful out of something terrible, I don't think it's that wrong. A child with parents who love it enough to let it live and take it to be immunized won't have to suffer through loseing a child just because someone messed up, and killed their own child before it had a chance to live. It's takeing something wrong, and (I don't think muderous it the right word, being Pro-Choice and all) and turning it to something that can save a life. It's kinda creepy, true, but so is the fact that people eat cow-tounges... sorry, couldn't think of anything else that's creepy, lol. Erin- |

I had no idea about the vaccinations. I recently found out about the information you've given about birth control pills. Up until that time I had no idea. I posted this not too long in debate and most people didn't seem to get it (http://www.unsolvedmysteries.com/usm328503.html). It's not the morning after pill or any other "special" pill that has been designed in recent years. It is lo ovral, tri cyclen, just your plain old generic BCP. If you read the insert it tells you that its PRIMARY function is to prevent ovulation, HOWEVER it has "back up" methods, so to speak. These methods include thickening the mucus of the cervic to keep sperm from penetrating and creating a hostile environment within the uterus in order to prevent implantation. The only type "egg" that would even attempt to implant itself would be a fertilized one. I'm sure a lot of people thought me a loon when I posted this, but surprisingly several already knew ("how do you think women get pregnant when taking the pill?". I called a pharmacist and he veried what I had learned. I stopped taking the pill. And I am here to say that that is not religious propaganda. I am an Agnostic and have no agenda's nor any reason to propagate paranoid christian theories. This stuff is 100% factual. I will have to look into the information you've posted about vaccines, however...but I wouldn't be surprised if what you've said is true. |

I can see where u say u don't want your children to be hurt by these vaccines, the thing is, if it did concern you there are alternatives to certian vaccines, like the smallpox and hep B vaccine has 2 types one made from the aborted fetal cell line and one made by an chicken egg I believe. As far as the ones that do not have an alternative there are ways to take action to get them to make an alternative, which is a very easy procedure. The smallpox vaccine was redone from the old versoin made so many years ago, they just did it last year, well, they first did it with the mrc-5 fetal cell line, but there was a public outcry, and they soon came out with a second smallpox shot using different cells. In that site it lists things u can do to make a change. |

Emmie, actually the doctors asked the parents for permission to use the baby for those purposes before were aborted. |

i don't think of being on the pill as aborting a child... there was a post about this awhile ago... became quite a heated debate... you do have to pick and choose your battles... do you really want to bring a child into the world that has no chance of a good live... or even a decent one?? would you rather have your child die of some simple childhood illness because you didn't agree with how the medication was made(or tested)? it's giving one life to save another... |

midnight being on the pill is not aborting your child, but it can cause that effect should you in the unlikely case become pregnant. The world will always have evil, but we can find good people, if it is not apropriate for the birth parents, that are waiting to adopt. If there was a real cause for alarm and the mrc-5 type shot was the only one available I would most likely go for it, but not many children die of the chicken pox, hepatitus is usually only caught in adulthood, and still rare anyway, the reason they immunize children for this is becouse it was harder to get adults to. I'm also not afaid of my kids of dieing of the flu (unless they had an immune disorder) and ruebella is extremely rare in America. There is no danger in asking for shot alternatives, but if there was a real threat, and no alternative, I would go for the tainted vaccines. But the thing is, there is no reason for mrc-5, they have many other cell lines at there disposal. But these babies would survive if left alone, to me they are living life, just were they are supposed to be, in that stage of life. |
