I like Josh normally but I think it is his time to go. I hate that he didn't do well, its like he didn't even try. I thought he has done awesome before but he just hasn't been doing good lately. I think everyone else did pretty good. |

I loved the show tonight.. I was singing along to most the songs.. lol. But you are right, Josh seemed like he was tensed up, and that his "soul" just wasnt in it. After tonight, its a close, close race between Ruben, Clay and Kimberly, AND even Treynice-if she can pull the same off next week..  After watching the show tonight, I have to say the contestants on this one, outweighs the ones on the first season-COMPLETELY! *hugs*  |

Ruben's first song wasnt all that great, but he did alot better on the second song. Tryece, didnt like the first song at all, still cant stand her but she was GREAT on the second song. Boy did she look adorable! I think Josh is going bye bye. If the votes are in sync with the perfomances he will be gone. Kimberly did a great job tonight on both songs. I really like Kimberly, she is growing so much as an artist, its awesome to watch. Mr Sedaka said he would KILL to write and produce Clays first CD. Clays first song was ok, but man o man his second was his best to date. Paula was right, he didnt ACT the part he WAS the part, no theatrics and a song that seems totally from the heart. I think the word Paula used was vulnerable. Bravo Clay. OOOOO Was good to see Ricky tonight even if he was only in the audience! Thanks again for the posts  |

Does anyone else think Ruben gets too much special attention? Don't get me wrong i love Ruben but he seems to get the best comments from everyone no matter what. I thought it was wrong of Randy to say he already won this competition, I think Clay is just as good as he is. Sorry I feel chatty tonight lol |

LOL Danielle... I dont know.. maybe they feel the need to because he is a hefty guy, but I have also noticed it. I love his voice, but sometimes they are almost kissing his feet.. *shrugs* I dont know... And hey the brown outfit wasnt that bad... LOL.... and what was with Simon saying that Treynice's performance was like watching drag.. I thought it was funny, but it was totally out there on critique, because she did awesomely |

Most of the commercials they do are really cheesy, and YES Ruben gets too much attention. I have counted several times when he has went off key, or when another forgot words, and yet the judges say nothing, I dont understand. |

I can't stand Trenyce but I felt bad for her because of Simon's comment. that was mean! I think Ruben and Clay are both great. I think it will come down to them to win. I think Kim has a chance too, but I think it will come down to Clay and Ruben. Space ditched us lol |

I think most of the top 12 has a good chance at getting a recording contract. I think Josh could get a country western contract, he actually sounded great on the Love songs CD. MUCH better then he has been sounded on the show lately. Ricky and Charles also sounded great. A lot of them are great! lol |

I know Amanda, only Justin and Kelly have gotten record deals so far. I hope the people this year can have a chance of getting one. I was surprised they let Corey come back for this CD and Vanessa didn't come back. beats me |

I agree about Ruben, Danielle, Clay is just as good in his own right. In fact, Clay was best tonight in my opinion, followed by Kimberly and THEN Ruben...I know his voice must be tired, but I will not cut any slack...but then I don't vote, because I can't get in and after about 10 tries, I give up...plus, LOL I am online, hehe, no cable here :P |

I think Kim Caldwell is pursuing in acting career. I know a lot of people didn't like her but I actually did like her most of the time. I also think Ricky would make an awesome actor! Hercules Hercules lol |

Danielle, I was one that didnt like Kim C., but maybe it was because her personality just wasnt coming out on stage.. She kinda seemed withdrawn. But I think she would probably do very well as an actress... Same with Rickey-definitely has the personality for it |

Yeah my mom never cared much for her either Amanda. She does seem to have a bad personality at times, but I think she is just misunderstood. I don't know though. I think Carmen could make a good actress too. I never liked her singing at all, but she does have good stage presence |

I feel sorry for the contestants though. I have been to the American Idol message boards on Bolt and people are so mean there! They were calling Trenyce horse faced, Josh and Kim fat and ugly, and they were saying really bad things about Ruben and Clay too. People can be mean. |

OMG you should have seen Carmen's message board. it was the worst. On the board they have an online chat with the voted off contestant and I saw a transcript of the chat and she said she cried at night because of what people said to her. I feel bad for Josh too because of the things people are saying about him. Clay is also getting bashed pretty bad. I just shouldn't go back there! I need to get a life and lay off American Idol lol |
