Yesterday, I was on my way home. At the light, some high school girl tail gated me. I didn't like that. It's rare, but sometimes I must share the road with some teen who thinks that just because they can now drive, thay can be careless or rude. How do you handel this ? Feedback is welcome. Thank you!

Date: 4/25/2003 4:35:00 PM  From Authorid: 13119    When people tailgate me I step on the brake real quick so that my car halts for a second. Scares the poop right out of them, if they continue though I drive on and press on the brake pedal enough to make the brake lights come on but not affect my speed. They should get the hint.
Date: 4/25/2003 4:38:00 PM  From Authorid: 61989    also a good way to scare them too is to instead of using your brake use your emergency brake slightly because then they don't see any lights. LOL, that scares people too. I have never done it but I have seen it, kinda funny. >FisherQueen<
Date: 4/25/2003 4:40:00 PM  From Authorid: 13119    I like using the brakes because that way if they hit me, they get busted, I can say that I had to put them on and they careened into me.
Date: 4/25/2003 4:53:00 PM  From Authorid: 16845    I just look in my review mirror and yell at them LOL

Date: 4/25/2003 5:37:00 PM  From Authorid: 32193    lol i dont drive but when i can (in about 2 years) if someones tail gating me, then i'll wait till there RIGHT behind me (and if its on a fast road), and turn the liquid stuff for your windshield on, and since your going back, it all goes on their windsheild :-D or if i have a guy in the car with me ill have them spit (so it goes onto their window) lol
Date: 4/25/2003 6:16:00 PM  From Authorid: 30401    you brake check them!!! lol. j/k! i know what you mean, i'm 17 and i think i'm a pretty decent driver. But i'm surrounded by people that can't drive...i live in a town that is known for BAD drivers...(because it's a college town) so i'm used to bad drivers. but in your situation i don't have a good solution, just mind your business...and keep being a good driver and hope that some cop see's her and gives her a ticket for her wreckless driving.
Date: 4/25/2003 6:44:00 PM  From Authorid: 54968    That is, the reflection of his bright lights.
Date: 4/25/2003 6:44:00 PM  From Authorid: 54968    I hate that. One time the car behind us had their bright lights on and kept shining them in our faces. He was also reallllllllllllllly close to us. So my mom took the rear view mirror and made it point so that he was see his reflection! LOL! That made him slow down!
Date: 4/25/2003 6:49:00 PM  From Authorid: 54968    OH! You can also completley stop and wait until they start to try to get in front of you. Then, start going really fast before they get in front!
Date: 4/25/2003 9:20:00 PM  From Authorid: 56927    Yesterday was in fact a very imprortant day, as we all know, it was St Georges Day, who was decent enough to slay the Dragon of 1635, while it was stomping around the streets of Westminster and threatening Parliament, of the day. We always celebrate by eating fish skins, due the scaly resemblance, and feeding a snake to a dog.
Date: 4/27/2003 6:19:00 AM  ( Admin-FA )   Always the younger folks thats driving huh?
Date: 4/27/2003 9:27:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 22721    Mostly. Due to how they haven'r been driving that long.
Date: 4/27/2003 10:32:00 AM  ( Admin-FA )   For even people that haveb een driving for 10 years they aren't probably the best driver either.
