It happens to me quite often, its so hard NOT to look over your shoulders, but you just have to. I just ignore it, and the feeling goes away from me.. or I put on some music, or phone someone. *hehe*   |

I pray too, Moon Girl. I even get prickles on the back of my neck and even the animals are looking around. I've gotten more scared since I'm alone but knowing Heavenly Father is there and hears me, I feel Jesus's presence and calmness returns.  |

I don't get that feeing often but I get paranoid when I am babysitting and my sister is in the other room sleeping and I am watching tv. Some noises always make me get up and look outside and look around.  |

I'm with Penny it's always in the shower or in the bath tub so I make my doggy go in the bathroom with me lol she lays in the floor and "gaurds" me so it makes me feel safer. Hugs&Cookies  |

Naw, then the stupid dogs starts with the barking at nothing while you're in the shower all soaped up and blinded by the shampoo. LOL. Dogs sometimes make the paranoia worse. |

Whenever its time for me to go to bed, and i've done it, and i'm in the bed and my head is on the pillow and my eyes are closed, and then a sound will arise in my ears, like a soft drumming, I always go downstairs to check if there are any soldiers marching around our kitchen. But there never are any.  |
