China has started full-scale production of a beer made from fresh cow's milk.

The milk beer is being brewed in the city of Xingtai in the province of Hebei.

It has several characteristic features including low alcoholic content and rich froth with all the vitamin characteristics of sour milk products.

The technology of beer production from milk was developed in the Food Research Institute in the city of Tianjin.

Date: 4/25/2003 3:55:00 PM  From Authorid: 177    I wonder what buttermilk would taste like with a dash of vodka in it. I like buttermilk. Don't care for straight vodka...but mixed in with some nice buttermilk...hmmmm....I've got my curiosity aroused now.

Date: 4/27/2003 1:22:00 PM  From Authorid: 48525    As unappetising as it sounds, it just might answer George Carlin's question: "What wine goes with Cap'n Crunch?" Peace
Date: 4/27/2003 5:57:00 PM  From Authorid: 31154    Well, if it doesn't have a strong flavor of beer, I may add chocolate to it to make it just right! (ok, I'm a chocolate freak, enjoy a social drink every once and awhile and love chocolate milk so this has to be a win!) Good post!
