A heart, a mind, can hang on each letter.
So beware what you write, make sure it don't fetter.
For memories are long, and hearts easy broken.
A few simple letters, a few words soft spoken.
They all mean so much to the one who recieves.
Once put there on paper, they cant be retrieved.
So be kindly, not mean, when you put pen to paper.
Or many will wave, and not see you later.
