well, we have a suspected SARS case to the west of us in nearby Houston and the first case of West Nile was discovered in a dead bird just over the Lousianna border to my east...looks like another long and fearful summer with our best friend OFF  |

just be careful to who you are around and you should be fine....he must have had a good reason to go over there(not just going for a holiday) sars is spreading like wildfire... west nile is also comming back this summer and criptacocle is one that is somewhere around me(it's something that lives in trees and an elderly woman died of it last year  |

and here's a thought though i'd hate to get SARS to be one of the ones to prove it 8-) but if it's going to be around long term, and they say it will, then we need to build some kind of defense against it, immune system wise - so for us to be one of the countries that has no exposure - it might make us weaker in the long run for not building up a defense for it?  |
