Great post and tribute to a great guy! Wooden Nickel has been such a great guy and always knows how to make someone laugh with his jokes or makes them have a tear or two with his thoughtful human interest stories too. One thing about it, Wooden Nickel is an exceptional humanitarian and has a huge heart. I have been honored to get to call him my USM brother and friend.  |

I quite agree with you Admin, he IS a man worth knowing. I LOVE HIM DEARLY and am PROUD to call him MY USM DADDY!!! He is an inspiration to me, such a big heart, and a soothing soul. Yet again, another light in my life. And he always makes me smile, no matter what. He is truly a special person, and we are blessed to have him here on this site! Wooden Nickel has always been my favorite funny person on here. I agree that he goes to alot of trouble to bring us humor that really is humorous, not just posting everything he comes across. I have periodically written him to tell him how much I appreciate his funnies. Seems he quit submitting for awhile some time back, and I was so happy to see him again. Again, Thank You Woody! When I need a 'pick-me-up' or a 'smile' to bringhten my day, I go directly to the "Wooden Nickel", because I KNOW it always pays off! Love and Light to you  |

im baaaaaaaaaack , thank you sir for this great post. ive been gone for three days and i come back to this beautiful site that i concider my home away from home and i find this post and all the comments from my friends here. you realy can not emagin the feelings that are going through this old man. to set the record streight though i was on a pedistal once and i was very lonesome up there. i try to keep my feet on the ground now and in keeping with my beliefs , i will try my best to bring at least one smile or a happy tear to at least one friend each day, if i can acomplish this then i have done my best . lovinghugs to all my friends here and thank you once again for bringing a smile to me with this beautiful site that you and your beautiful wife have created for all to enjoy. wooden nickel  |
