umm it's a waterbased product isn't it?? or is it an oil based product?? i think if you take something like oil(kitchen oil) or dish soap and start to get it out...umm maybe sit down(i'm guessing this is in a child's hair??) sit down put in a movie and start to pull away 1 hair at a time to get it all out then wash wash wash  |

anything that's wet just hardens it up and it doesn't come out except maybe a little piece at a time with hair, and you would think it was in a child's hair, but sadly enough it isn't lol |

I'm sorry but I had to read that at least a half a dozen times before I could make any sense of it. That's no slight on you. Maybe it was me. I guess I'm just not used to questions like this. You must understand that every post here is available if anyone in the world does a search whether they even know about this site or not.
