they aren't sure if they were even in the bunker but they said IF they were then they would all be dead. It isn't a very probable thing that Sudam and all his sons would be holed up together, they would spread out to optimize the probability of one of them living. I hope they all bit the big one but I don't know.  |

Kiki I understand what you are saying but to play the devil's advocate, how are they going to know if he was killed? As you said"The type of bombs that were used could make it difficult for any type of identification of any sort of bodies. They says its highly unlikely that any much of anything will be found" There will be no way to determine for sure if he is wiped out along with his minions. How can they prove it? |

I agree that I hope they are dead, I hope they had a horrible death but I still have to ask, if they said that they used so much bombs and explosives that identification would be near impossible, how will they determine if he is dead? Do you not think that he would take the opportunity to make sure his family got away from Iraq if he could. If everyone believes them to be dead, he can wait and come back later. Ugh! I hope he is dead! |

Magoo I really don`t know...how they will be identified. They are also saying that some countries who have good coorespondance with Iraq will also confirm the deaths...if that happens..then it must be true. |

Well, I recall they thought he was dead before. I have a feeling it was not him BUT a double and then whoever was in that structure is certainly gone. I will believe when more information is released and if spies were watching their entrance.  |

I saw this last night on MNSBC and they said they saw him enter, but never saw him leave.(welcome to Hotel California) General Brooks speculated this morning that they may have been together, as it was getting harder to scatter since the city was closing in on them. Something else that I heard, they and maybe 2 other high ranking officials were making plans to flee to another country (I guess; don't quote me on the other country bit) this came from intelligence heard from the Brits....then BOOM! There is talk that Saddsms one son may have been killed on the first raid. We'll see.  |

I know this is going to sound horrible but it sounds as if it was a ploy to make us believe that America had finished him off and took out most of his cabinet at the same time. That would be a major coup and would have strengthened the worlds resolve that America and Britian were right and that the war was all over but the wipe up. |

Actually I am called magoo because one of my best friends in the army used to have that nickname. We went away on tour (yugoslavia) and when we came home he was PTSD, he saw too many dead bodies and mass graves. I have that name out of respect for him.
